About the Role

The Junior Community Manager will be the frontline voice for ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and Private Internet Access, responsible for building, engaging, and protecting communities on social and review platforms. This role is for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual passionate about digital privacy.

Responsibilities

• Represent brands' voice, mission, and purpose across platforms like Reddit, Trustpilot, and Quora.
• Draft and manage a content calendar of posts across channels for each brand.
• Respond promptly to user complaints, questions, and comments to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Moderate public conversations and community discussions to protect and grow brand reputation.
• Surface recurring customer pain points and product feedback to inform development priorities.
• Work to improve trust scores and increase brand visibility in AI-driven search overviews and review platforms.
• Monitor and track responses, tone, sentiment, and response time.

Requirements

• Native-level English communication skills with exceptional writing skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media or community management, or customer service, preferably on the B2C side.
• Deep familiarity with major social platforms (specifically Reddit).
• Passionate interest in cybersecurity, VPNs, and information technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global (mostly remote) environment.
• High EQ with the ability to engage a privacy-conscious community.
• Ability to navigate delicate customer situations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customer support, product, and marketing teams.
• Experience working in fast-growing global technology companies.
• Interest in online privacy, security, and digital freedom.
• Comfort working across international teams and multiple time zones.
