About the Role
FENKA Robotics is seeking an individual based in China to organize and lead innovation trips for German-speaking executives to visit robotics manufacturers. This role involves full ownership of trip content, logistics, customer preparation, and on-site leadership.
Responsibilities
- Plan the content of trips, including company selection, program design, and cultural event planning.
- Organize all travel logistics, such as booking flights, hotels, restaurants, trains, and local transportation.
- Prepare customer presentations and manage trip budgets.
- Lead trips in person, providing on-site support and cultural guidance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master's degree.
- Completed an exchange program in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, or possess equivalent international experience.
- Ability to plan autonomously.
- Availability to join the first upcoming trip between November 8-14, 2026.
