About the Role
As a Data Scientist, you will leverage your analytical skills to extract insights from data, driving value creation through intelligent data processes and data-driven decision-making. You will contribute to the development of smart logistics, digitalization, diagnostics, and personalized prevention within the CKM Group's vision of a healthier world.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and evolve data structures and flows in collaboration with IT for consistent and usable data.
- Develop KPIs, conduct in-depth analyses, and translate data into clear, decision-relevant visualizations (e.g., in Grafana or Power BI).
- Independently break down complex, open-ended requirements into concrete analyses, data models, and actionable steps.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for use case implementation, from initial questions to data preparation, dashboards, and interpretation.
- Collaborate closely with departments like Marketing and Operations to clarify, prioritize, and develop requirements.
- Build and enhance dashboards and reports for monitoring data quality, system statuses, and operational KPIs.
- Develop, apply, and validate calculation logic and models (e.g., performance analyses, forecasts).
- Identify improvement potential in data structures, tools, and processes, and actively contribute to their further development.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a data-related field (e.g., Data Analytics, BI, Data Science).
- Close collaboration within the team and active contribution to the development of work methods and quality standards.
- Ability to clarify and question requirements and communicate results effectively to the target audience.
- Interest in new technologies, tools, and methods, and active development of existing approaches.
- Ability to independently structure complex issues and translate them into actionable steps.
- Ability to work with assumptions and validate them iteratively.
- High degree of personal responsibility and proactive advancement of topics.
- Ability to independently define problems, develop hypotheses, and make pragmatic decisions.
- Experience with or strong interest in business contexts (especially Marketing and/or Operations) and the ability to translate them into data logic.
