About the Role

The Clinical Specialist will primarily be responsible for case planning, case support coverage, and product pull-through throughout the designated territory. The Clinical Specialist will promote Vascular products through education, service, and training of customers in the hospital setting, providing clinical education and sales support to achieve projected sales goals, increase sales revenues, and grow market share, with a heavy focus on Vessel Closure.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital
  • Focuses on Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists and hospital staff to support the complete Vessel Closure portfolio
  • Meets with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs and discuss how Vascular products can help them achieve their goals
  • Develops relationships with hospital personnel and identifies key decision-makers
  • Serves as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education
  • Educates customers on product merits and proper clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations
  • Attends clinical procedures to ensure customer and patient success with Vascular products
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints by developing creative and feasible solutions
  • Supports the broader Region as needed with case support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to travel 50% within assigned region
