About the Role
This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to lead digital strategy across ANZ, driving campaigns, brand growth, lead generation, and business impact for a global leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing strategy supporting business priorities and APAC digital roadmap.
- Develop social media strategy to enhance brand and client engagement.
- Maintain website, collaborating with global experts for updates and content audits.
- Ensure SEO maintenance and leverage SEM for visibility and lead generation.
- Manage digital marketing activity reporting, providing analysis and suggestions.
- Support PropertyOne system for accurate listings and marketing details.
- Bring brand positioning to life through digital mediums.
- Implement content marketing strategies to amplify research outputs.
- Undertake digital and social media training across the business.
- Manage electronic direct mail campaigns, including approvals, best practices, and ROI analysis.
- Oversee eDM component of corporate marketing campaigns.
- Lead Canva uptake and maximize new developments/AI via the platform.
- Improve efficiency through the digital ecosystem and train the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 5+ years of marketing experience in end-to-end digital marketing and digital operations.
- Experience in property, financial services, or professional services/consulting firm preferred.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across different cultures.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a proactive work style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
