About the Role

Join RSL LifeCare's growing Home Care team as a Support Worker in Ramsgate and surrounding suburbs. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support veterans and seniors in their homes, helping them maintain independence within the fastest-growing segment of the aged care industry. Responsibilities

Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Providing respite care (giving our clients Carers a break)
Helping clients stay active and connected in their community
Following care plans to meet each person’s needs
Working as a team to provide the best support possible

Requirements

Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services
Caring nature – genuinely passionate about helping people
Excellent communication skills
Australian working rights
A valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable, fully insured car
A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to get one)
A valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check (or potentially both) must be verified prior to commencing employment.
