About the Role

This full-time Mailroom Operator position is responsible for the day-to-day preparation, production, and dispatch of physical customer communications, operating specialized production equipment in a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Operating specialized production equipment including Digital printing on High-speed Continuous Inkjet Presses (Ricoh)
  • Operating specialized production equipment including Cut-Sheet digital printing on Toner and Inkjet production printers (Xerox)
  • Operating specialized production equipment including High and Medium speed mail enclosing equipment
  • Operating specialized production equipment including Manual hand sorting and enclosing
  • Operating specialized production equipment including Guillotines and cutting equipment
  • Maintaining a high level of discipline and accuracy in ensuring processes and quality control methods are part of the everyday culture
  • Meeting client expectations and set KPIs
  • Operating production equipment and systems in line with manufacturers guidelines
  • Achieving scheduled output figures in line with daily targets
  • Achieving 100% reconciliation of all output to ensure all work is compliant and in line with customer requirements
  • Demonstrating safe working practices
  • Ensuring quality products are produced 100% of the time in line with equipment manufacturer specifications and ISO 9001:2018 procedures and work Instructions

Requirements

  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to read detailed information
  • High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to tasks & working hours with a productive mindset
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret instructions
  • Computer literate
