About the Role
Holmusk is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their UK team. This role involves developing healthcare applications used within Mental Health Trusts, combining technical excellence with a meaningful impact by building secure, scalable, and compliant software for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using C#/.NET and React.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Drive engineering best practices through code reviews and quality standards.
- Work within a regulated software environment with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with a small, highly skilled development team.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and improve performance across applications and services.
- Contribute to documentation, traceability, and technical governance requirements.
- Support future growth of the engineering team through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with C# /.NET Core /.NET 6+.
- Strong React.js and modern JavaScript development experience.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with design patterns and frameworks such as Entity Framework, MVC, MVVM, or CQRS.
- Proven experience implementing automated testing and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
- Experience working with MS SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of secure coding principles and data protection requirements.
- Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency.
