About the Role

This is an important support role in the New South Wales team, which engages surgeons, Trainees, Specialist International Medical Graduates, and other stakeholders. You will play a key part in keeping the Sydney office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the New South Wales team, including reception, mail and guest services, and welcoming Fellows, Trainees, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain the Sydney office, working with facilities to achieve efficient results.
  • Develop the state newsletter, maintain website content, and manage generic office email folders.
  • Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with organising meetings, conferences, and seminars, including room bookings, room preparation, client greeting and registration, catering, and audio-visual support.
  • Support the NSW Trauma Committee, Beyond Science initiatives, and exams held in the office.

  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within required time frames
