About the Role
S&P Global Financial Risk Analytics (FRA) is seeking a Quantitative Risk Consultant to join its Quantitative Modelling team. This role supports the Financial Risk Analytics library, which includes Risk Factor Simulation Models, a cross-asset pricing library, and XVA, Credit, Market, and Regulatory Risk Measures.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance the Financial Risk Analytics library.
- Contribute to software implementation for client projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients in English and Japanese.
- Test, validate, and maintain methodologies for risk measurement and analysis.
- Analyze regulatory updates and assess their impact on the library.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python.
- Well-versed in financial derivatives and current industry trends.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to internal and external audiences.
- Experience in financial derivatives and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English and Japanese communication ability.
