About the Role

An opportunity for an MC Truck Driver experienced in carting Full Containers. This is a day shift role starting at 4am.

Responsibilities

• Shuttling Full Exports and Imports in the Port Precinct
• Shuttling Empty containers around the Port precinct
• Delivering containers to customer sites in metro and regional/rural areas
• Performing pre-start equipment checks, fault reporting and weight scale calibration
• Assistance with management of Chain of Responsibility and compliance as a Truck Driver
• Managing driver time sheets and load data to a high standard

Requirements

• Current MC licence
• Current MSIC
• Safe driving record
• Previous experience in container truck driving – A-Doubles, including reversing and breaking down trailers
• Knowledge of all Empty Parks and Terminals in Sydney
• Current knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
• High regard for vehicle cleanliness and personal presentation
• Current knowledge of legal weight limits and correct load positions
• Physically fit and capable of passing a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screening
