About the Role

BGIS is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to support the delivery of facilities management services across a large, high-profile corporate campus in Macquarie Park. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage work orders, support financial administration, and build positive relationships with stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone organized, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service with accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance through the CMMS, ensuring work orders are accurately assigned, tracked and completed.
  • Review invoices, purchase orders, accruals and financial documentation while supporting budgeting and contract administration.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders and maintain accurate contract records.
  • Build strong working relationships with the client, subcontractors and internal teams to support consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor contractor performance and assist with compliance across BGIS systems, contract requirements and HSEQ processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within SharePoint and other business systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture through open communication and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience within facilities management, property management or a similar building services environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Sound financial administration skills, including invoice processing, purchase orders and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a close-knit team.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and service providers.
  • Knowledge of building services, maintenance operations or contract administration.
  • Understanding of OH&S, QA or compliance systems.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
