Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical, administrative, and general office support within a research setting
  • Enter, organize, and maintain research data with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with data management activities and basic descriptive statistical analysis
  • Support research teams with study documentation and project coordination
  • Assist with research protocol submissions, renewals, and related documentation
  • Maintain records, files, and reports to support ongoing research activities
  • Communicate and collaborate with researchers, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Help ensure research projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with data and managing information accurately
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A strong communicator who works well with others
  • Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Interested in supporting research and contributing to meaningful work
  • Experience supporting research activities, data management, or administrative operations in a healthcare, academic, or scientific environment is helpful but not required.
  • Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.
