About the Role
Provide high-level executive support enabling digital strategy delivery and operational excellence. Working closely with executive leaders and stakeholders across the University, this role will provide comprehensive executive, administrative, governance and operational support to ensure the effective day-to-day functioning of the portfolio. The role supports the coordination of strategic and operational priorities, enabling informed decision-making, effective governance and strong stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of complex administrative functions, including executive diary management, travel coordination, correspondence management, and expense processing.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Provide end-to-end secretariat support for meetings and committees, including coordination of agendas, papers, minutes, action items, and schedules.
- Coordinate events, forums, planning days, and promotional activities.
- Maintain robust records management and governance systems.
- Develop effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong executive support experience.
- Ability to operate in a complex organizational environment.
- Experience in a university or tertiary education environment, ideally supporting executive or senior leadership.
- High level of digital proficiency, including Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.
- Ability to produce polished documents and presentations.
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated organizational capability, including workflow management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Must provide evidence of working rights in Australia at the time of application.
