About the Role

As an Industrialisation Engineer, you will support industrialisation activities for Digital & Integrated Systems projects, acting as the liaison between design and procurement. You will collaborate with engineers, manage material data, and ensure accuracy before sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Support industrial readiness and design-for-quality activities
  • Maintain Bill of Materials and Bill of Quantities, and industrial data in systems
  • Update material demand and ensure data accuracy and traceability
  • Assist with KPI reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and waste reduction
  • Support implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality teams
  • Support coordination to ensure alignment between design and procurement

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship or unrestricted permanent work rights in Australia are required
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and work closely with engineers
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a team environment
  • Pre-employment reference and medical checks, including drug and alcohol testing, are required

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes and procedures
  • Confidence working with data and documentation
  • Solid IT skills, particularly in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Word
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Pronto) is advantageous but not essential
