About the Role

Sola is developing AI agents for effortless automation, enabling users to record and scale workflows. We aim to bring Figma-level UI/UX excellence to enterprise AI workflow automation, making complex processes intuitive and reliable for large enterprises. As the first dedicated product hire, you will partner closely with leadership to define the product roadmap and own features from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO, design, and engineering to set product strategy and own the roadmap.
• Drive features end-to-end, including requirements, specifications, and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Engage with users to identify pain points and prioritize future development.
• Turn customer pain points into a clear sense of valuable features to build next.

Requirements

• Sharp product judgment with a high bar for elegant, simple user experiences.
• Sufficient technical fluency to engage deeply with a technical product domain and partner with engineering.
• Clear, concise communication skills to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Ability to represent user needs and engineering tradeoffs to any audience.
• AI fluency, including exploration and prototyping with AI tools.
• Ability to reason about model capabilities to make informed product decisions.
• Open to working 5 days a week in the NYC office.
