About the Role
Lead all aspects of the home's performance, creating an environment where residents experience dignity, choice, independence and belonging. Inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams, drive outstanding clinical, quality and compliance outcomes, optimise occupancy and financial performance, and build trusted relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and ensure the home consistently delivers exceptional care and service excellence.

Requirements
- Successfully led a medium to large residential aged care home
- Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, improve performance and create exceptional resident experiences
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards and clinical governance
- Sound financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and AN-ACC funding
- Experience leading change, improving quality outcomes and driving organisational performance
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and values-based leadership
- Successful candidates will be subject to a variety of background checks including a national criminal history check, reference checks and, if applicable, WWCC, NDIS worker screening check and a pre-employment medical.
