Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing Digital Health team, driving a contemporary digital strategy

Requirements

  • Values-led digital executive who has successfully led enterprise-wide digital transformation within a complex healthcare environment
  • Executive who views digital as a strategic enabler of healthcare transformation, using technology, data and innovation to improve patient care, clinician experience and organisational performance
  • Demonstrated Executive leadership of a digital transformation, clinical informatics or information management function within a complex acute care hospital (private or public) or health insurance organisation
  • Extensive experience developing and delivering enterprise-wide digital strategy, transformation programmes and technology investment roadmaps
  • Experience leading one or more major digital initiatives such as EMR optimisation, clinical informatics, digital strategy, consumer digital experience, cybersecurity, data and AI transformation or cloud transformation
  • Proven capability partnering with Boards, CEOs and Executive teams to influence strategic direction, governance and organisational performance
  • Strong knowledge of clinical informatics, digital health, data governance, analytics and the responsible adoption of AI within an acute healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity governance, digital risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, managing significant digital investment portfolios and delivering measurable organisational outcomes
  • An authentic, collaborative leadership style with the ability to build high-performing multidisciplinary teams, influence diverse stakeholders and inspire innovation
  • Unrestricted eligibility to work legally in Australia, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Salary/Compensations

  • Circa $300K base + super + bonus + NFP salary packaging benefit
