About the Role
This role is within the Customer Service Headquarters, a repair division located in Fukagawa, Tokyo. You will be responsible for parts-related tasks including matching parts to repairs, parts sales, and inventory management. Collaboration with related departments, the IT team, brand headquarters, and the Swiss warehouse will also be necessary.
Responsibilities
- Inventory management of watch, jewelry, and accessory parts.
- Picking parts and matching them to repairs.
- Creating, updating, replenishing, and ordering new repair parts sets (kit boxes).
- Receiving parts from overseas (inspection, stocking, and accounting).
- Parts sales (handling inquiries and shipping).
- Monthly inventory counts.
- Training temporary staff (ETS).
- Other system operations incidental to the above.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse receiving and shipping operations (experience handling small parts like electronic components is a plus).
- Over 5 years of professional work experience.
- Ability to communicate smoothly with team members and external parties, build trust, and collaborate.
- Ability to accurately identify problems, propose solutions, and implement them.
- Ability to manage schedules and flexibly perform tasks by prioritizing work.
- Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately (SAP experience is a plus).
- Intermediate MS Office skills (especially Excel functions like IF, VLOOKUP).
- Dexterous hands (comfortable with fine work using tweezers, etc.).
- Ability to view things from a bird's-eye perspective and understand the overall picture.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency (required).
- Business-level English writing skills (preferred).
