About the Role

Pallet is seeking a strategic Growth Lead to own pipeline goals across all channels, focusing on paid media, out-of-home, field marketing, and email marketing. This high-ownership role involves partnering with marketing, sales, product, and engineering to build a repeatable pipeline engine. You will have the autonomy to develop and optimize growth strategies, build necessary infrastructure, and contribute to transforming the logistics industry with AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own Pallet's pipeline targets and build end-to-end tracking and attribution.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic.
  • Design and measure out-of-home campaigns (billboards, transit, event-adjacent placements) against pipeline.
  • Own field and event strategy, including industry conferences, dinners, and roadshows.
  • Design nurture and lifecycle email programs to convert new demand and re-engage the existing base.
  • Design, execute, and analyze a high volume of growth experiments.
  • Operationalize validated channels into repeatable, automated, and durable engines.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and operations to lead critical growth projects.
  • Solve abstract distribution challenges and explore new acquisition models.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a growth, demand generation, or performance marketing function with a track record of owning outcomes (pipeline/revenue).
  • Hands-on experience running paid media across search, social, and/or programmatic with real budget ownership.
  • Experience with field/event marketing and/or out-of-home campaigns, with a discipline to measure them against pipeline.
  • Experience building email and lifecycle marketing programs that convert.
  • Comfort with GTM and marketing execution tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Unify, marketing analytics/attribution).
  • A bias for action and genuine urgency; ability to ship scrappy versions to learn fast.
  • Highly creative and outcome-driven, unafraid of failure.
  • Bonus: programming/technical ability to build own tooling.
  • Comfortable operating at high intensity (50–60 hour weeks) in a fast-moving, in-office environment.
