About the Role
We are seeking experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our NRMA Marine team, delivering exceptional customer experiences on Sydney Harbour. This role involves working on a casual basis with a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and busy event seasons, with an additional ticket booth opening at Eastern Pontoon.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Operate a telephone system, computer systems, and other office equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a sales environment.
- Ability to work on a casual basis on a 7-day rotating roster with availability between 8am-5pm.
- Must be able to work evenings and busy event seasons.
- Ability to listen attentively, demonstrate patience with customers and problem solve effectively.
- Demonstrates high level of professionalism, ability to maintain confidentiality and adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
- Can work confidently on your own while also being a great team player.
