About the Role
Prepare, issue, and control production schedules and plan materials for production builds. Coordinate with material planners to ensure a controlled flow of products to meet customer requirements, contractual demands, and manufacturing build plans. Advise management on work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems. Collaborate with quality, test, and programs departments to manage non-conforming products, meet deadlines, and fulfill contractual commitments. Develop solutions and recovery plans as needed.

- Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems
- Work closely with quality to ensure non-conforming product is controlled
- Work closely with test to ensure product is lined up to meet dates
- Work closely with programs for any contractual commitments
- Develop solutions for problems and/or recovery plans as they arise
Requirements
- Associate's degree or 4 years' work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain professional and effective relationships with internal/external customers
- Ability to communicate and exchange written and verbal information clearly
- Ability to perform stationary office work and locate/track products on the manufacturing floor
