About the Role
As the Manager, Workday Functional Solutions, you will act as the subject matter expert responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday across our global HRIS landscape. You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into scalable, compliant system solutions while ensuring data integrity across all regions.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance core Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Time & Absence.
- Manage complex business processes, configure advanced reporting and analytics solutions, and update system data through EIBs.
- Lead cross-functional HRIS initiatives, translating operational requirements into scalable system configurations and global enhancements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, validate functionality prior to production migration, and coordinate release planning for new Workday feature deployments.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, configuration guides, and process flows while ensuring strict adherence to data governance and audit standards.
- Provide functional expertise, mentorship, and guidance to the HRIS team to drive continuous improvement in employee and manager self-service capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in configuring and supporting a global Workday environment across multiple modules (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time & Absence).
- Experience leading Workday implementations, deployments, or large-scale HR system transformation initiatives.
- Deep technical proficiency in configuring business processes, writing custom reports, and executing EIB data loads.
- Experience developing technical system documentation, process flows, and configuration guides within a strict governance framework.
