About the Role

Luxury Presence is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide clients through the build-out and design of award-winning websites. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding their vision, and translating it into actionable steps for internal teams, acting as both a brand ambassador and project manager from kickoff to launch.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 60 active clients simultaneously from kickoff through website launch.
• Conduct 3-4 client Zoom calls daily to gather input, set expectations, and advance projects.
• Translate client vision into actionable steps for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays or blockers.
• Maintain high CSAT scores and achieve a target of 3-5 Google Reviews per quarter.
• Launch 15 websites per month.
• Coordinate with the Product Fulfillment Team to build and connect IDX feeds.
• Document client interactions and task management in Salesforce.
• Contribute to process improvements, new product rollouts, and team training/mentorship.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in software implementation, media agency work, or creative/client operations.
• Experience coordinating client calls, meetings, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of empathy for clients and a high bar for the experience delivered.
• Ability to think on your feet and find solutions when things don't go as planned.
• A can-do attitude and consistently positive energy.
• Familiarity with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress is a plus.
• An interest in luxury real estate.
