About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers passionate about delivering complex infrastructure projects and leading high-performing teams. You will lead the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects ranging from multi-million-dollar programs to iconic projects exceeding AUD $1 billion, working with multidisciplinary teams and significant public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Work with significant public and private sector clients.
  • Manage complex infrastructure projects.
  • Manage project scope, quality, and change across the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage project risks while driving successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
  • 10+ years' experience in project management within major infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • Strong commercial, contract, cost, schedule, and risk management capability.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, procurement, and project controls.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
