About the Role
Commerce is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to design and globally execute seller-facing enablement programs that equip the full revenue organization to perform at a higher level. This role focuses on driving measurable behavior change through instructional design and live delivery, utilizing AI as a production accelerant.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture for seller enablement programs across the revenue organization.
- Translate GTM priorities into capability roadmaps and sequenced learning journeys.
- Diagnose performance gaps and convert insights into programs with clear learning objectives and behavior outcomes.
- Design enablement as field operating systems, including playbooks, talk tracks, and manager coaching tools.
- Standardize repeatable enablement frameworks, templates, and production workflows.
- Facilitate high-impact live and virtual sessions for GTM audiences.
- Design sessions to create behavior change through practice, debrief, and feedback loops.
- Partner with SMEs to turn product/strategy content into seller-ready narratives and talk tracks.
- Build a manager-first motion for major programs, including manager previews and coaching guides.
- Equip frontline leaders with lightweight reinforcement that fits existing cadences.
- Develop monthly manager enablement kits to facilitate coaching.
- Use AI as a production accelerant to generate first drafts of content and assets.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to automate repeatable enablement workflows.
- Design scalable practice experiences using AI role-play tools.
- Define success metrics for each program, including leading and lagging indicators.
- Use conversation intelligence platforms to identify field gaps and track narrative adoption.
- Build lightweight reporting that ties enablement activity to field behavior signals.
- Continuously iterate programs based on field behavior.
- Partner tightly with PMM, Product, RevOps, Sales Leadership, and CS Leadership.
- Serve as the enablement translator, turning strategy into actionable seller activities.
- Drive alignment across regions/segments by adapting delivery while maintaining consistency.
Requirements
- 6+ years in sales enablement, field enablement, revenue training, or a related GTM-facing function in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering blended enablement programs that produce measurable behavior change.
- Strong live and virtual facilitation skills.
- Hands-on experience running a manager-first enablement motion.
- Quota-carrying sales or solution consulting experience.
- Advanced working fluency in AI-assisted content creation and productivity workflows.
- Experience using Gong or equivalent conversation intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Experience rolling out sales methodology (MEDDPICC, SPICED, Command of the Message) across a distributed revenue team.
- Strong program management, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
