About the Role

The DH Pace Company is seeking an Integrated Security Solutions Technician in Austin, TX, to service Commercial Integrated Security Systems including Electronic Access Control, CCTV/Video Monitoring, and Intrusion Alarm Systems. Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record required in advance of hire.
