About the Role

As a Team Leader - Keyholder, you will support store leadership in achieving sales goals by providing daily direction, communication, and training to store associates. You will motivate the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build brand loyalty through every customer interaction, acting as a brand ambassador who upholds Vera Bradley's core values.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by working with the team to exceed goals, increase store traffic, convert customers, and execute outreach efforts.
  • Promote campaigns to build brand awareness and lasting customer relationships.
  • Motivate and inspire the team by embodying Vera Bradley's core values.
  • Suggest products to meet customer needs and drive store results through add-on selling and customer outreach.
  • Execute daily operational procedures and innovate within them.
  • Support the team in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure the store environment is organized and inviting for customers.
  • Demonstrate integrity by being reliable and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Requires retail experience and/or prior management experience.
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Good eyesight, hearing, and dexterity.
  • Ability to consistently lift 10-35 lbs.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 55 lbs. with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.
