About the Role
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at IMEG, you will align business objectives with employees and leaders across assigned functions. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver value-added HR solutions that support and advance the company’s business goals, and provide guidance on HR policies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in regular meetings with respective Client Executives and teams.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Understand basic legal principles and seek additional information to support day-to-day employee management, reduce legal risks, and support regulatory compliance.
- Partner with the legal department and HR Leadership as needed/required.
- Provide HR and Performance Management guidance to team management through meetings and ongoing discussions.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Assist with the facilitation of Visa Sponsorships and related HR matters.
- Help identify training needs for disciplines, teams, and individual coaching needs in conjunction with HR Leadership.

- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and related administrative practices.
- Excellent time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with human resource information systems (HRIS) or ability to quickly learn computer applications; Workday experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight stays.
