About the Role

iGaming Ontario is seeking students for its Student Program, offering valuable learning opportunities, hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to Ontario’s dynamic iGaming sector. This role supports the Business Transformation and Program Delivery department, which leads strategic initiatives and works with partners to deliver projects and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination and delivery by tracking project plans and risks/issues across multiple initiatives.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with iGaming Operators and external vendors.
  • Maintain key project artifacts, including status reports, action logs, and governance documentation.
  • Contribute to executive briefings, presentations, and regular reporting.
  • Plan and support project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking action items.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices, tools, and templates.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Project Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track details, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Must be living in the province of Ontario during the term of employment.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must be subject to a criminal background check.
  • Must provide a resume, cover letter, copy of most recent GPA transcript, and proof of enrollment for the September 2026 and/or 2027 school year.
