About the Role
iGaming Ontario is seeking a Co-op Student, Finance to support the finance team's daily operations and ongoing projects. This role offers valuable learning opportunities, hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to Ontario’s dynamic iGaming sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the new expense and reimbursement system, including system testing, data migration support, and end-user coordination.
- Support ongoing business operations, including month-end closing activities and daily accounting functions.
- Support reconciliation of expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support for ad hoc finance tasks and projects as required.
- Assist in establishing, executing, and streamlining finance-related processes within iGaming Ontario.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and optimizing workflows.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a full-time post-secondary student in a co-operative education program at a recognized institution.
- Must be living in the province of Ontario during the term of employment.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Education Level
- Enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program with a focus in accounting or finance.
