About the Role

Serve as a trusted resource for agents and NMOs, providing knowledgeable support on life insurance and annuity products, illustrations, new business, contracting, and sales inquiries. Partner closely with Sales, New Business, Contracting, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver timely solutions, strengthen advisor relationships, and help drive sales growth through an outstanding service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships through proactive outreach, identifying opportunities to support advisor success and expand our distribution network.
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver timely product information, wholesaler proposals, product positioning, and business processing support.
  • Promote products and services through both inbound and outbound interactions, creating positive experiences that foster long-term partnerships.
  • Support marketing campaigns through proactive outreach to prospective agents and NMOs, cultivating relationships and identifying qualified sales opportunities.
  • Engage with new and existing distribution partners to increase product awareness, strengthen engagement, and contribute to sales growth.
  • Partner closely with Sales, New Business, Contracting, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to coordinate solutions and deliver a seamless experience.
  • Advocate for partner needs by facilitating communication and helping remove barriers throughout the sales and onboarding process.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance goals while balancing responsiveness, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Stay current on products, industry trends, and competitive offerings to confidently support financial professionals and deliver informed recommendations.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge, sales expertise, and relationship management skills through ongoing learning and coaching.
  • Embrace feedback, adapt to evolving business priorities, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft office required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience Level

  • 1+ year of phone-based experience preferred
  • 1+ year of financial services / annuity experience preferred

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred, but not required

Salary/Compensations

  • $60K-$65K
