About the Role

As a Bodily Injury Claims Representative III, you will investigate, negotiate, and resolve complex bodily injury claims. You will contribute to a client-centric culture by implementing innovative solutions and providing technical support to the claims team.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate, and settle complex bodily injury claims for automobile policies.
  • Contact claimants, clients, lawyers, and witnesses to facilitate investigation and resolution.
  • Manage complex files involving multiple parties in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
  • Coach, train, and provide technical support to the claims team.
  • Provide exceptional service in accordance with quality standards to drive client engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of claims or related business experience.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
  • Provincial adjuster license(s) or ability to attain them.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and personal vehicle.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
  • Availability for extended work hours, including weekends.
  • Successful completion of Criminal Record and Consumer History background checks.
