About the Role
As a GTM Automation Engineer, you will optimize and streamline our commercial technology stack (excluding Salesforce). You will evaluate, implement, and optimize third-party tools and technologies to enhance revenue operations efficiency. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to identify process and technology improvements and ensure adoption, creating a cohesive revenue operations ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of third-party tools for compatibility with business objectives and requirements.
- Implement selected third-party tools.
- Continuously iterate on existing processes and setups to ensure innovation within the technology stack.
- Integrate technologies with internal systems to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the digital enablement team by providing documentation for training and playbooks.
- Host training sessions to educate internal users.
- Support users by troubleshooting issues, reviewing campaign setups, and handling incoming tickets.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data flow between third-party tools and internal systems.
- Implement governance practices to maintain data integrity and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations with a focus on third-party tools.
- Experience managing tools such as Aircall, DocuSign, Marketo, Calendly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales and marketing tools.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Experience working with multiple teams and coordinating requests.
- Solid analytical skills and a strong understanding of technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions.
- Keen desire for personal and professional growth.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
