About the Role

Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to drive growth and quality through analytics, measurement-based management, special project ownership, and elevated insights. The ideal candidate is an experienced management consultant ready to operate by structuring problems, diving into data, partnering internally and externally to affect change, and measuring results.

Responsibilities

Champion metric-based operations by gathering data, running analysis, and generating insights on cost-to-serve, throughput, unit economics, and fulfillment costs.
Drive transparency and accountability in Operations through dashboarding, reporting, and opportunity identification.
Partner with the Strategy & Analytics team to leverage data for operational decision-making and initiative prioritization.
Identify, prioritize, and scope high-impact projects to improve Operations, including defining problems, building business cases, and structuring plans.
Execute projects independently and urgently, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
Implement new processes, launch new capabilities, and resolve operational issues.
Measure the impact of initiatives to ensure lasting improvement.
Provide leverage across the Operations organization as needed.
Serve as Operations Chief of Staff, managing the operational rhythm and preparing materials for leadership meetings, OKRs, and planning sessions.
Drive clarity and accountability across the Operations organization by tracking projects, providing bandwidth, and escalating priorities.
Enhance the effectiveness of all Operations team members, including Ecomm Ops, Channel Ops, Retail Ops, Customer Ops & CX, Supply Chain Ops, and Technology.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth startup operations (MBB or similar).
Proven track record of identifying opportunities, defining plans, deploying change, and measuring results.
Comfort working cross-functionally to influence and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, skillsets, and seniority levels.
Ability to identify and gather critical data, perform independent analysis, and translate findings into strategies and actions.
Strong project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams, follow-up, and driving accountability without formal authority.
Bias toward action with a track record of execution in ambiguous environments.
