About the Role

Small Girls PR is seeking a Creative Strategist to join their influencer marketing team, working with diverse brands in the food & beverage, wellness, and consumer tech sectors. This role offers enriched and diversified experience due to the unique approach to client strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the digital team in the day-to-day execution and organization of paid and earned influencer partnerships.
  • Lead day-to-day client communications.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks relating to the client in partnership with junior staff.
  • Support teamwide project management, including creating and managing timelines, reporting on action items, and organizing team materials.
  • Execute paid and earned influencer campaigns, including research, influencer identification, outreach, negotiation, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular social listening to identify reactive opportunities and develop recommendations.
  • Liaise with clients to gain approval for campaign execution.
  • Manage the account payables process, including receiving and ensuring payment for influencer invoices.
  • Participate in client calls and communication, including providing influencer recommendations and campaign updates.
  • Establish and manage relationships with influencers, agents, and vendors.
  • Exercise sound judgment in spending OOP to meet deliverables, client KPIs, and deadlines while creating share-worthy campaigns.
  • Bring new, creative concepts to agency and client brainstorms.
  • Mentor and oversee junior staff on work execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Experience negotiating contracts.
  • Experience creating and managing successful influencer campaigns.
  • Experience maintaining a strong network of influencer and agent relationships.
  • Ability to monitor progress of personal and team deliverables.
  • Ability to monitor the status of influencer deliverables and projects.
  • Ability to work well with integrated teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, including spotting typos and diligent formatting.
  • Ability to research industry trends for campaign ideas, creative content, and influencer outreach.
  • In-the-know about relevant trends, pop-culture moments, or news.
  • Strong understanding of platform and content best practices.
  • Ability to use knowledge to amplify creator storytelling and content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to instill client confidence on campaigns, content formats, storytelling moments, projects, and tasks.
  • Ability to look for creative solutions to problems.
  • Ability to provide ideas internally to improve team or company-wide processes.
  • Interest in growing as an influencer expert.
  • Interest in understanding integrated communications.
  • Willingness to collaborate with individuals with specialties outside of your own.
