About the Role

Clio is looking for a Senior Systems Specialist, FP&A to join our FP&A Systems team. This role is for someone passionate about building innovative solutions and being exposed to new challenges and technologies while making an impact across the organization. This is an opportunity to be an architectural subject matter expert and build out processes on a newly forming team in an egoless environment where all ideas are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and administer our EPM platform and related systems.
  • Enhance financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes in partnership with FP&A, Accounting, and business leaders.
  • Configure and optimize the EPM platform to support budgeting, scenario modeling, and financial analysis.
  • Develop scalable workflows and automation to improve efficiency and data integrity.
  • Support end users by providing training, documentation, and troubleshooting for FP&A Systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and other system teams to integrate EPM data across platforms.
  • Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for our EPM Solution (Pigment).
  • Maintain FP&A integrations with other connected applications (NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, Looker).
  • Evaluate Clio’s business processes and develop process improvements optimizing the use of FP&A tooling.
  • Create and manage issues within our roadmap based on severity and work with your team and partners to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Manage user tickets, provide technical support, and resolve bugs relating to our EPM Solution.
  • Administer user licenses and permissioning for our EPM Solution, ensuring proper controls are in place to maintain the integrity of sensitive data.
  • Document application development processes, procedures, and standards for use within the FP&A Systems team.
  • Develop and deliver instructional materials for users to better enable adoption of systems.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and partners independently to scope and develop solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and implementing EPM solutions.
  • Proven experience in developing models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs.
  • A solution-oriented personality with an emphasis on strong collaboration and communication among partners and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
