About the Role
Support the global adoption of new AI solutions, tools, and technology-enabled processes across the consulting business. This role ensures consulting teams understand and benefit from technology initiatives, driving AI skill building and measuring adoption.
Responsibilities
- Support internal adoption campaigns for new AI tools, features, and technology-enabled processes.
- Co-create and coordinate clear, practical communication materials such as announcements, updates, FAQs, and presentation materials.
- Build simple SharePoint microsites.
- Translate AI initiatives into relevant messages for consulting audiences, focusing on practical value and day-to-day application.
- Tailor messaging to different internal audiences.
- Ensure communication materials are well-structured, audience-appropriate, and aligned across channels.
- Test new AI tools and features from a consultant's perspective and capture practical user feedback.
- Support pilot coordination for new tools and functionalities.
- Test productivity-enhancing use cases.
- Identify usability issues, unclear user journeys, and adoption barriers early.
- Channel feedback to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure user-facing materials reflect real day-to-day consulting needs.
- Maintain prompt libraries and other practical enablement materials to support AI adoption.
- Coordinate demos and training sessions and support preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
- Collect use cases, learning needs, and user questions to help improve training content.
- Keep AI-related training materials up to date.
- Support tracking of adoption and engagement metrics for AI tools and features.
- Work with usage data, survey results, training participation data, and business impact signals.
- Identify patterns, gaps, and priority areas for further communication or enablement support.
- Contribute to structured monitoring of tool adoption and user engagement.
- Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to support adoption reporting.
- Provide logistical and analytical support for reporting to sector and office leaders.
- Help prepare tables, infographics, and presentation materials for reporting updates.
- Ensure reporting inputs are accurate, clearly structured, and easy to use for leadership discussions.
- Support the operations of the change champions’ network.
- Coordinate distribution of ready-to-use materials.
- Answer questions and redirect technical or complex issues to the right teams.
- Facilitate drop-ins and maintain effective communication with the network.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, change, training coordination, project coordination, PMO, or program support.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or another fast-paced multi-cultural business environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting AI, digital, Knowledge Management, or technology-enabled change initiatives is preferred.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong numeric thinking and confidence working with adoption data, survey results, and usage metrics.
- Fluency using ChatGPT or other AI-supported writing and analysis tools.
- Ability to apply AI tools responsibly to draft, review, and align internal communications.
- Ability to enable others through structured prompts or simple AI-based assistance.
- Experience with a variety of AI tools (Claude, Synthesia, Copilot, Hubspot, Whispr).
- Strong digital collaboration skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.
- Experience using intranet platforms, MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience building and updating simple SP microsites.
- UX and survey tools experience is a plus.
