Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve problems.
• Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Assign necessary tasks for program execution and meeting defined objectives.
• Manage personnel under your charge.
• Work under pressure and perform critical area activities.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar role (leader, engineer, and/or maintenance technician for presses).
• Proficiency in Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Electricity.
• Advanced PLC programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley).
• Experience with TIA portal, HMI Factory talk, and Winn CC flexible.
• Knowledge of TPM, SEW Drives, Power Flex, Rexroth, Sinamics basic, 5S, and electrical control.
• Familiarity with ISO-900, QS-9000, and VDA 6.1 quality standards.
• Understanding of communication networks.
• Ability to operate computer equipment (Windows OS and Microsoft Office tools).
• Knowledge of tools and materials for fault repair.
