About the Role

This position provides optimal guest service, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly. The Sales Lead assists the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in leading team members, handles higher-level transactions, and performs cash and safe balancing. This is an entry-level supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Hold self accountable to all e|n standards of performance and behavior.
  • Resolve guest service issues in partnership with Store Director.
  • Lead the Sales Team to ensure optimal guest service.
  • Perform all opening and closing operations.
  • Build strong relationships with team members to align and support execution of business results.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to promote self-development.
  • Create a learning environment by modeling e|n core values.
  • Foster Partner team member relationships to support business initiatives and growth.
  • Comply with company personnel policies.
  • Assist team to achieve store location’s sales, per cap and purchase with purchase goals.
  • Achieve personal purchase with purchase sales goals and other statistical sales expectations.
  • Support the Store Director in coaching team members to achieve purchase with purchase goals and other sales expectations.
  • Consistently look for methods to maximize store sales.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling with the registers and completion of all register transactions.
  • Work assigned schedule.
  • Complete product, operations, and merchandise presentation training.
  • Execute and maintain all visual presentation directives.
  • Participate in all e|n initiatives and ensure sustainability.
  • Respond and react to all communication in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, store recovery, and merchandise placement.
  • Adhere to all Loss Prevention procedures and requirements.
  • Consistently demonstrate e|n Cares.
  • Ensure optimal guest service from all team members.
  • Maintain full knowledge of the venue’s building and its programs.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests to shop in.
  • Follow e|n and Partner dress code guidelines.
  • Participate in regional philanthropic activities.

Requirements

  • Frequently required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
