About the Role

Guidehealth is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for Rose, an in-house conversational automation tool. This role is crucial for ensuring patients have access to healthcare, with use cases ranging from care management to customer service. You will work at the intersection of clinical operations, product development, data science, and software engineering to scale Rose's capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clinical operations teams to identify, prioritize, and collect requirements for Rose’s use cases.
  • Maintain and prioritize use cases, features, and enhancement requests, balancing clinical impact, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness.
  • Own the project plan for Rose use cases from requirements through deployment, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication of priorities and activities to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, surface improvement opportunities, and inform the roadmap.
  • Conduct regular call audits to ensure clinical accuracy, HIPAA compliance, appropriate tone, and adherence to approved scripts and conversation flows.
  • Ensure all use cases comply with applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, URAC, DiME, and state-specific requirements.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews with senior leadership, providing status updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to drive adoption and gather continuous feedback.
  • Follow all Security policies and procedures to protect PHI, PII, and Guidehealth Intellectual Properties.
  • Disclose any secondary employment.
  • Be accessible during stated working hours and join virtual meetings with cameras on.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience standing up a complex product, shepherding it from development to implementation, and maintaining product integrity through its lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into roadmap decisions.
  • Proficient with coding languages like Python and SQL, with the ability to query data, review scripts, and collaborate effectively with data and engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to execute in real time when plans go sideways: calm under pressure, quick to adjust, and accountable for outcomes regardless of cause.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day execution details.
  • Deep appreciation for patient experience and clinical team workflows.
  • Comfort with data, metrics, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Relentless focus on delivering outcomes, not just activities.
  • Provide own internet connection, capable of conducting video calls on camera and connecting to various internal and external systems (minimum 100 mbps download, 10 mbps upload).
