About the Role
Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Group Fitness professionals to lead science-backed, technology-tracked workouts, prioritizing members and fostering a strong studio community. This role involves inspiring members to achieve their best selves.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating members through pre-designed workouts
- Working in a fast-paced group fitness setting
- Multitasking to ensure a high-quality experience for all class participants
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Collaborating with the sales team to guide new members through their first workout
- Ensuring correct form and providing corrections to members
- Understanding the science behind workouts, particularly heart-rate focused training
- Demonstrating the use of all workout equipment
- Being a team player
Requirements
- Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
