About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational coverage for delivery systems, including servicing teams, investigating deployment issues, and maintaining shared packages and ingress layers.
• Implement features, fixes, and improvements in TypeScript/Node (NestJS) and Go.
• Contribute to infrastructure-intelligence tooling and automation for provisioning, updating, and auditing infrastructure.
• Work within a GitOps model using ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions for declarative changes, safe rollouts, and clean rollbacks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, platform, or backend/services.
• Proficiency in Go or TypeScript/JavaScript, with a willingness to learn the other.
• Strong engineering fundamentals including API development, debugging, testing, version control, and impact analysis.
• Hands-on experience with or eagerness to learn Kubernetes, GCP/AWS, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Helm.
• Interest in or exposure to the GitOps model.
• Collaborative and communicative style, comfortable learning unfamiliar production systems by asking questions and learning before making changes.
