About the Role
WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources department. This role involves assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR documentation, filing, scanning, and digitization of files.
- Support HR automation initiatives.
- Maintain employee file records by archiving and e-filing data.
- Provide administrative support in preparing correspondence, reports, and schedules for the HR team.
- Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
- Proofread HR documents as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a relevant post-secondary program.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strict adherence to policies and handling of confidential information.
- Proven ability to work well independently.
- Be a quick learner and self-motivated.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- This role is for an existing vacancy.
