About the Role

We are looking for passionate, motivated, and talented massage therapists to join our amazing massage team and provide relaxing, therapeutic massage services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for massage therapy and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be knowledgeable about various massage techniques, and have the ability to assess client needs and customize treatments accordingly.

Responsibilities

Customize treatment plans based on individual client’s needs to deliver quality results
Create an exceptional experience of healing for each guest through routine visits and long-term treatment plans
Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships

Requirements

Must hold valid New York Massage License
Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance
Ability to work flexible days and hours

Skills

Excellent customer service skills
Knowledgeable about various massage techniques
Ability to assess client needs and customize treatments
