About the Role

This full-time position is responsible for the operations of public relations and development, including liaison and foundation board coordination, special events, website and social media management, membership and donor database management, marketing material development, family forums, fundraising, correspondence, government relations, and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability requirements
  • Must be an effective communicator in both written and oral form
  • Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Must possess the ability to understand and implement technical information from oversight and outside agencies and explain it to all levels of the organization
  • Must possess the ability to manage a variety of tasks and effectively triage acute issues
  • Must possess the ability to support projects operationally and financially, including data analysis
  • Must gain a thorough working knowledge of relevant OPWDD regulations, policies and statutes
