The ideal candidate is operationally excellent, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a passion for improving recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Source technical talent across engineering, product, data, and early-career roles.
  • Identify strong prospects, conduct candidate research, and draft personalized outreach.
  • Maintain organized pipelines and ensure promising candidates are surfaced quickly.
  • Support university recruiting programs and execute the strategy across target schools.
  • Prepare for career fairs, coordinate campus events, and manage candidate follow-up.
  • Track student pipelines and ensure polished, organized, and high-impact university touchpoints.
  • Coordinate career fairs and recruiting events, including attendee tracking and candidate capture.
  • Manage resume review workflows, event materials, post-event follow-up, and pipeline organization.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates moving with urgency and care.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage communications, and prepare candidates for each step.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Ensure pipelines are aligned with team needs and recruiting efforts are clearly communicated.
  • Use AI and recruiting tools to increase the quality and speed of sourcing, research, outreach, and follow-up.
  • Automate workflows and find better ways to work.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline stages, event tracking, and follow-up notes.
  • Ensure the recruiting team has the data and visibility needed for fast, informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, university recruiting, talent operations, or a related recruiting support role.
  • Strong interest in technical recruiting, early-career talent, and high-growth hiring environments.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail across scheduling, candidate communication, event logistics, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once without dropping details.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and follow-up.
  • Comfort working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, university partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A high-agency mindset: notice what needs to be done, take ownership, and follow through without needing every step defined.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, spreadsheets, and AI tools.
  • Strong candidate-first instincts and a belief that speed, clarity, and care matter at every stage of the process.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguity as we continue to build and improve our recruiting processes.
