About the Role
Champion AC & Plumbing is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join their growing team in Austin. This role requires strong installation skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering quality work, aiming to improve the lives of the community one home at a time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Train and mentor installation team members to ensure quality workmanship.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory usage.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding service and answer any questions.
Requirements
- EPA Certification (Required).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
