About the Role

Perform a vital part of the patient care process by coordinating courier routes, scheduling specimen pickups, and ensuring clients have the necessary supplies to submit samples to the lab for testing. Handle incoming calls, prioritize tasks, and interact with a variety of clients, committing to customer-focused service. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision
  • Physical capability of regular standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50lbs)
  • Incidental exposure to Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and expected to abide by all applicable privacy, confidentiality and security standards
