About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager who excels as both an operator and strategist, comfortable with ambiguity and eager for ownership early in their career. This role offers a significant opportunity for rapid growth within a high-impact environment, starting with our case preparation product area and expanding to other Wisedocs product lines.

Responsibilities

• Understand user behavior and iterate on case preparation and user workflows.
• Develop a sharp perspective on how users actually work.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on concepts using AI-assisted tools.
• Structure small projects and get user feedback on interactive prototypes.
• Build a clear view of user interaction with the product using analytics tools.
• Write clear PRDs, manage sprint cycles, and align stakeholders.
• Own post-release analysis and contribute to broader product lines as the company expands.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a field that fosters structured, systems-level thinking.
• Genuine background in UX, interaction design, or front-end development with a strong eye for product feel.
• Hands-on experience building interactive prototypes with AI-assisted development tools.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma.
• Technical foundation in software development, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and understand system constraints.
• A data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to learning analytics tools.
• Rapid prototyping ability using tools like Vercel, Claude Code, or Figma.
• Demonstrated speed of learning and ability to absorb new domains quickly.
• Operational excellence, including attention to detail and follow-through.
